Molloy Cruises Past Felician in Volleyball

Rutherford, NJ- The Lady Lions of Molloy College defeated the Lady Golden Falcons of Felician College by a score of 3-0 (30-9, 30-23, and 30-16) Tuesday evening in women?s volleyball action. Molloy was led by freshman outside hitter Diann Drury (Bellmore, NY) with ten kills and three digs and senior outside hitter Vanessa Papadimitrios (Mineola, NY) who had six kills, eighteen digs, and five service aces. The Lady Golden Falcons were led by junior outside hitter Tara Campion (Lyndhurst, NJ) with five kills, twenty-eight digs, five blocks, and three service aces.

The Lady Lions run their record to (5-2), while Felician drops to (0-4). The Lady Golden Falcons return to action on Thursday evening September 16 at 7PM versus the Lady Highlands of New Jersey Institute of Technology in the Joal & Joseph Job Gymnasium.
