NYACK, N.Y. -  In a move that has been in the works for several months, the Nyack College Athletic Administration is pleased to announce that a Women's Lacrosse program will begin for the Warriors in 2012-13. The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) will have eight women's lacrosse programs with the addition of Nyack.

Nyack Director of Athletics Keith Davie states, "This is a big move for us as an instituion and we are excited to see how it progresses. We have not added a team here since 2002 when we added Men's Golf.  It gives us a sport that is at the height of popularity and participation, and we are happy to be in a strong Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference."
