As a First Team selection, Young will move on to represent Felician on the Academic All-America ballot. He was a Second Team selection in 2009-10, and is the second student-athlete in Felician history in any sport, and first male, to be voted Academic All-District twice.

Young is Felician’s all-time scoring leader, currently with 1,814 points. This season, he ranks second in the CACC with 19.9 points per game and 15th in rebounding with a 6.6 average. A three-year Golden Falcon captain, Young owns a 3.70 GPA as an accounting major, and is also a two-time Arthur Ashe Sports Scholar and two-time Academic All-CACC honoree.

The Golden Falcons have an overall won-lost record of 8-11. With seven league games remaining, they are in sixth place in the CACC North Division with a 4-7 league mark.
