BLOOMFIELD TECH, SNYDER GRADS COMMIT TO FELICIAN MEN'S BASKETBALL

RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Recent high-school graduates Todd Fleming of Roselle and Anthony Green of Jersey City have signed athletic financial aid agreements to continue their basketball careers at Felician College, Golden Falcon director of athletics Ben DiNallo Jr. announced today.
Fleming was a member of two state Group 1 championship teams at Bloomfield Tech before graduating in 2008. A third-team all-Essex County selection as a sophomore, the 6-foot-3 guard was also a member of the AAU Jersey Hot Shots. In 2008-09, he attended St. Thomas More Prep in Oakdale, Conn.
Green, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard, was a two-time honorable-mention all-Hudson County honoree for Snyder High School, where he also participated in football and track. In his senior season, he averaged 17 points, four rebounds and six assists per game. He played his AAU ball for the Riverside Hawks. Green intends to major in communication at Felician.
Felician, a member of NCAA Division II, plays in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. The Golden Falcons posted a 16-13 won-lost record in 2008-09, and reached the semifinals of the CACC Tournament.
