Friday's game has the Cougars facing Wingate University, ranked eighth in the NABC Division II Preseason Poll, with Fayetteville State to follow on Saturday.

Felician: Last week, Felician played Belmont Abbey and Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras for the first time in its 12-year program history, and New Haven for the first time since 1999-2000, when both were members of the New England Collegiate Conference. Senior G Jason Romer has 3.6 three-pointers per game and is shooting .514 from long range on the young season. Romer had his first collegiate double-double on Saturday vs. UPRRP (12 pts, 10 rebs), a game which saw six Golden Falcons score in double figures.

Holy Family - Holy Family had a perfect 2-0 week after winning a pair of home games. On November 20, Holy Family defeated Virginia State, 89-76. Guard Michael Sturns paced the Tigers attack with 28 points. Guard Ryan Lancaster added 24 points and Ceazer Johnson had 18. Forward London Houston had a career-high 16 rebounds. Houston stole the show against C.W. Post on November 24 in a 68-67 win. He had career-highs in points (20), blocks (eight) and steals (six). Post - Senior Arthur Robertson joined the 1,000-point club at Post University with a driving lay-up at the 6:18 mark of the second half on November 20 at home against C.W. Post. He needed three points going into the evening, and finished the night with nine. The senior swingman is also four rebounds shy of 600 for his career. Post had its 13-game homecourt winning streak snapped, which was the second-longest in the Northeast Region. AJ Reitter has scored in double figures in each of the first four games of the season, and dating back to last season, he has scored double-digits in nine of the last 11 games. The Eagles return to the hardwood on Saturday, as they open the CACC portion of the schedule at Nyack College.

USP - The Devils started their season with a win against West Chester on Tuesday. The win is a fitting start to the 100th season of play for men's basketball at the institution. It is the Devils first win in 12 tries against the Golden Rams, dating back to 1931 and the 1,143rd in their history, which dates back to 1902, minus a few years when there was no team because of the two world wars. The Devils become just the 15th NCAA Division II team to have started at least 100 seasons of play. Junior Shane Connor tied his career high with 18 points against West Chester, shooting 70% (7-10) from the field.

Wilmington - Wilmington's three losses this season have been by an average of 8.0 points. The season-opening win versus PSU-Abington (71-48) was the largest victory in five years and the team's first opening-game victory since joining Division II.
