TERRELL NAMED CACC PLAYER OF THE WEEK

NEW HAVEN, CT - Daniel Terrell of Bloomfield College has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, March 5. Terrell was named the Most Valuable Player of the CACC Tournament over the weekend. AJ Reitter of Post University has earned Rookie of the Week accolades.
Terrell was named MVP of the CACC Tournament after averaging 25.3 points-per game throughout the three-game tournament, while shooting 50.9-percent (27-53) from the field. Terrell, a senior guard from Somerdale, NJ, poured in 31 points in the championship game on 11-for-17 shooting in a 70-64 victory over Dominican.
Reitter, a freshman guard from Baltimore, MD, tallied 25 points and 12 rebounds in a CACC Tournament first-round game against Holy Family. He shot 8-for-16 from the field, 5-for-10 from beyond the 3-point arc and 4-for-4 from the charity stripe. He was named to the CACC All-Tournament team for his performance.
