THOMAS EARNS SPOT ON DIVISION II BASKETBALL ALL-STAR TEAM

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Committee has announced the teams for the inaugural NCAA Division II/National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Men's All-Star Game. Tayron Thomas of Philadelphia University is one of the selected players. The game will be held at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Friday, March 24, at 7:00 pm.
The 20 participants in the All-Star game were selected from a pool of 265 teams in Division II. The All-Star team will also attend a brunch before the championship game and a presentation during halftime of the event.
Thomas, a senior guard for the Rams, will represent the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in the game after leading all of Division II with an average of 29.0 points per-game this season. Thomas was the CACC Player of the Year, the co-Player of the Year for the Northeast Region and became the Rams' all-time leader in points on February 24th after nothing his 2,370th career point.
