NEW HAVEN, CT - Rob Hunt of Goldey-Beacom College has claimed Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golf Player of the Week honors for the week ending Sunday, March 29. Lightning freshman Tyler Harman was selected Rookie of the Week.

Hunt, a senior from Wilmington, DE, placed first at the Philadelphia Quad Match with a round of 75 on Saturday at the ACE Club. He led the Lightning to a first place finish at the event.

Harman, a freshman from Dover, DE, placed fourth at the Philadelphia Quad Match with a round of 77.

CACC Notes

USP - USP went 4-5 in their three matches last week and now have an 8-11 record this season. Freshman Patrick Cliggett shot his best round of the season on Thursday, a 79 at Island Green Country Club and had the best round of the week by a USP golfer.
