NEW HAVEN, CT - Ryan Philipp of Post University has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golfer and Rookie of the Week for the week ending Sunday, April 27.

Philipp, a freshman from Bristol, CT, was the top CACC finisher at the American International Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, April 21-22. He placed third in leading Post to the team title. Philipp fired rounds of 77 and 71 for a total of 148 (+4).

Honorable Mention

Brian Mackey, Dominican (Sr., Chestnut Ridge, NY) - Placed fourth overall at the AIC Invitational with a total of 149 (75, 74).

David McGregor, Post (Fr., Helensburgh, Scotland) - Fired rounds of 77 and 73 (150) to place fifth at the AIC Invitational.

Jamie Blake, Post (Jr., Arbroath, Scotland) - Finished in a tie for seventh place at the AIC Invitational with a two-round total of 152 (76, 76).
