Greenville, NC-The Post University golf team has high hopes despite a last place finish at a Division I tournament this weekend hosted by Eastern Carolina.

Post finished with a 631 (316-315) two day total. Tom Dorso (Waterbury, CT) finished 29th in the 93 player field with a two over 146 (72-74). Dave Croteau (Terryville, CT) finished at five over 149 (72-77). The Eagles will next play in Maryland for a Division II event. Post is ranked third in the northeast region for Division II schools.

?I think this event will help us in future tournament,? said Pete Stevens. ?We?re not where we need to be, but I?m confident we will get there.?
