Dorso Wins Eagle Shootout, TPU Finishes Second

Middlefield, CT?The Teikyo Post University golf team finished second of nine teams in a thrilling Eagle Shootout at the 6800-yard Lyman Orchards layout.

Tom Dorso (Waterbury, CT) won medallist honors and finished at 146 (+2). Brent Silano of New Haven was two shots back.

New Haven won the team title with a total score of 613. TPU finished two shots back. First round leader Dowling College struggled in day two and wound up 16 strokes behind.
