HECK ADDS ECAC AWARD AFTER OUTSTANDING WEEK

CENTERVILLE, MA - After being named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Baseball Player of the Week Monday, Philadelphia's Keith Heck has added another honor today, garnering Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Player of the Week laurels.


Heck, a senior first baseman from Cherry Hill, NJ, hit .458 for the week with a .1333 slugging percentage. In addition, he hit seven home runs in six games, drove in 15 runs and scored nine times. He hit two home runs in a win over Nyack and had four RBI's in a game twice during the week. He also notched at least one RBI in each game.

The Rams are currently 2-3 in conference play and 6-12 overall and Heck ranks ninth in the CACC in batting average (.379), second in slugging percentage (.758) and first in home runs (8).
