NEW HAVEN, Conn. (February 22, 2012) – Two Central
Atlantic Collegiate Conference men’s basketball teams
(Bloomfield and Philadelphia) along with the Holy Family
women’s basketball team are ranked in the latest edition of
the NCAA Regional rankings, which were released on Feb. 22.
Bloomfield (21-7, 15-3 CACC) sits at No. 5 in the East Region
and will enter the upcoming 2012 CACC Conference Tournament as the
No. 1 seed from the North Division. Philadelphia University
(18-8, 13-4 CACC) was ranked No. 10 in the East Region after
finishing in second place in the South Division of the CACC.
