NEW HAVEN, Conn. (June 18, 2012) – The Concordia College baseball team will participate in a two-day baseball tournament to “Pitch for a Cure: Strike Out Juvenile Diabetes” this fall at Adelphi's William J. Bonomo Memorial Field on October 6 and 7. Joining the Clippers and Adelphi will be Molloy College and the University of Long Island – Post.

Pitch for a Cure is a non-profit organization which provides assistance to sick and needy children in any capacity, fulfilling children’s wish list throughout the year, supporting families with financial assistance to defray medical expenses and providing assistance to hospitals and childcare facilities in any capacity.
